Eagle’s eVa cutting head includes multilayered anti-collision mechanisms:
- Slow-speed collision protection: Capacitive sensors detect contact and pause cutting for auto realignment.
- High-speed protection (up to 50 m/min): The lower module shifts sideways to prevent damage.
- Rapid-traverse protection (up to 14,000 ipm): The lower module detaches safely; it can be replaced in 20–30 minutes.
