The ACS (anti collision system) monitors nozzle-to-beam alignment. If misalignment occurs—such as after a collision—the machine stops, aligns the nozzle at a dedicated station (within ~15 seconds), and resumes cutting. After three successive impacts, the machine enters standby to prevent further harm.
The HRS – Head Position Control System maintains a constant distance between the cutting head and the sheet, even when the sheet is uneven or bends during the cutting process.
