NEVA has been operating in the metalworking industry since 1998, steadily building expertise in steel processing and manufacturing services.

The company expanded significantly after moving into a new production facility in 2013. Today NEVA offers laser cutting, machining, welding, powder coating, final assembly, and logistics services for customers across Poland and international markets.

Specializing in steel structure manufacturing, the company processes materials from 1 mm to 80 mm thick. As customer demand increased and larger-format projects became more common, NEVA began searching for a more productive, efficient, and flexible cutting solution than traditional CO₂ and low-power fiber systems.

Faster, Smarter, and Built for Growth

The Eagle iNspire 20 kW immediately delivered substantial gains in productivity. Compared with previous 6 kW systems, jobs could be completed several times faster while reducing energy consumption by a factor of six.

The larger 2000 × 6000 mm worktable improved material handling and reduced interruptions caused by table changes. In 2024, NEVA expanded its capabilities again by adding a 30 kW Eagle laser cutter. Programs previously run on the 20 kW machine now complete up to three times faster on the 30 kW system, often with even better cut quality.

The company recently processed 20 tons of 80 mm steel on the new machine, demonstrating a level of capability that few competitors can match.
