Eagle is launching Eagle TechLab, a new technical webinar series built around live laser cutting demonstrations and practical explanations of the technologies behind the process.
The first session will take place on September 15, 2026 broadcast live from the Eagle showroom at the company’s headquarters in Wałcz, Poland. Hosted by Eagle specialist Jarosław Gołębiewski, the webinar will focus on thin-sheet cutting in the 1–3 mm thickness range.
During the approximately 40-minute session, participants will see a series of live cutting demonstrations examining how machine dynamics, piercing methods, automation and process stability influence productivity. Although the first TechLab focuses on thin sheet, several of the technologies demonstrated can also be applied across a much broader range of cutting applications.
The program will include aluminum and mild steel cutting, machine dynamics of up to 6G, on-the-fly piercing, automatic nozzle changing, a controlled collision simulation and solutions designed to make better use of material remnants.
“In thin-sheet cutting, productivity depends on machine dynamics, piercing time, movement between contours and how efficiently the entire cutting process is organized. During the first session of Eagle TechLab, we want to demonstrate these relationships directly on the machine and explain what’s happening throughout each cutting program.” –Jarosław Gołębiewski, Eagle Lasers Expert.
The live demonstration will be followed by a Q&A session, giving participants the opportunity to ask questions about the technologies shown, cutting parameters, materials and specific applications.
Eagle TechLab is intended for production managers, machine operators, technologists, engineers and manufacturers who want to see how Eagle cutting technologies perform in a live production environment.
