Marcin Ejma joins leading Polish entrepreneurs in SME Council within Think Tank The Company

Eagle Lasers is proud to announce that Marcin Ejma, CEO of Eagle Lasers, has been invited to join the SME Council within Think Tank The Company — a national initiative focused on improving the business environment in Poland, supporting deregulation, strengthening competitiveness, and promoting innovation.

The Business Council brings together leading entrepreneurs and business figures who want to contribute practical experience to discussions about the future of the Polish economy. This is an important opportunity to bring the perspective of advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, and international business development into a broader national dialogue.

For nearly two decades, Eagle Lasers has grown from Poland into global industrial markets, developing high-performance fiber laser cutting systems, automation, and software solutions for manufacturers around the world. This experience has given to Mr. Ejma a direct view of how regulations, administrative processes, investment conditions, and innovation policy affect real production environments.

“As leader of an industrial technology company, I see every day how regulatory frameworks impact real production environments in Poland and around the world. Being part of this initiative allows me to bring that perspective and Eagle’s 20 years of experience directly to the table, alongside leaders who are shaping the direction of the Polish economy,” said Marcin Ejma, CEO of Eagle Lasers.

Think Tank The Company is built around practical, pro-business dialogue. Its areas of focus include deregulation, economy and competitiveness, innovation, and the image of entrepreneurs in society. The initiative also draws on the experience of SprawdzaMY, which focused on identifying regulatory barriers, analyzing their impact, and transforming business feedback into concrete proposals for simplification.

The key message is clear: Poland’s future competitiveness depends not only on entrepreneurship, but also on the quality of the environment in which companies operate.

Manufacturers need stable rules, faster processes, predictable decisions, and an innovation-friendly system that allows Polish companies to scale, export, invest, and compete internationally.

Marcin Ejma’s participation in the SME Council reflects Eagle Lasers’ commitment to contributing not only to the development of industrial technology, but also to the broader conversation about how Poland can become a stronger, more competitive, and more innovative economy.
