Eagle Deutschland is pleased to announce an exclusive Technical Workshop taking place on May 14th and 15th at its showroom and technology center in Schlierbach.

 

This event offers a unique opportunity for industry professionals to experience firsthand the full range of capabilities of Eagle’s fiber laser cutting machines and automation solutions.

 

The workshop will begin with an introduction to Eagle’s distinctive approach to fiber laser technology, featuring an in-depth explanation of the “Ideal Machine Concept” and a detailed exploration of the Eagle iNspire.

 

Attendees will gain hands-on insight into:

 

• The benefits of ultra-short piercing times, including a comparison between standard market technologies and Eagle’s proprietary MyEBOOST.
• How to determine the optimal laser power for your production needs, demonstrated through live cuts using powers ranging from 6 to 30 kW.
• A close-up look at three cutting technologies: flame cutting (O₂), fusion cutting and hybrid cutting with Eagle’s MyEMIX gas-mixing technology.
• Isochronic automation and smart part ejection to eliminate idle time between steps and improve machine utilization

 

Following the technology demonstrations, there will be an open discussion session where participants can ask questions and engage directly with Eagle’s technical experts.

 

A highlight of the workshop includes a site visit to an Eagle customer, where attendees will see a 15 kW iNspire 1530 fiber laser cutter in full operation. The machine will be paired with Eagle’s advanced CraneMaster automated loading/unloading system and the eTower automated storage solution.
