Eagle is pleased to announce the appointment of Ronni Bohnensack as Service Manager of Eagle Scandinavia. Mr. Bohensack has been in Technical Support coordination and management for the last 17 years and is the former owner and co-founder of WaterJet Tech ApS. Ronni will commence working in his new role today, Friday, December 1st, 2023.
"I am thrilled to be part of Eagle! My experience in service has taught me the importance of relationships, effective communication, information flow, and trust. I’ll make sure that customers feel secure, and we provide excellent care," says Bohnensack.
"When it comes to Eagle machines, I believe there are game-changing elements at play. Firstly, installation times are remarkably quick—two or three days, which is a real clincher. Considering that customers often replace a machine in production, minimizing downtime is crucial. Most Eagle machines come pre-assembled and fully tested from Poland.
The second game-changer is Eagle Eye, the remote fault detection system. With years of experience in support and hotlines, I've felt the need for extra eyes. In the past, I had to connect with operators on FaceTime after an issue occurred. With technology like Eagle Eye, being able to remotely view the events leading up to an issue is the future!"
"We're delighted to have Ronni on board," says Peter Kramer, Managing Director of Eagle Scandinavia. "We've known each other and collaborated since 2008. With his extensive experience in the segment and caring personality, I'm confident he's the perfect match for the job."
Eagle’s CEO, Marcin Ejma, was featured in the latest issue of Forbes Poland, marking yet another recognition of his leadership and a testament to the self-confidence and determination that have characterized him from the very beginning.
In a gripping interview titled 'Eagle Lasers: A Billion-dollar Laser Game,' Ejma takes us back to the inception of his remarkable career. Initially a mechanical engineering graduate, he worked as a waiter in London and later gained experience at his father’s company, where he learned the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. In 2006, Marcin established Eagle Lasers. However, as the article notes, “Rome wasn’t built in a day,” and neither was Eagle. The company started by trading spare parts and selling used and new machines. Nevertheless, this wasn’t enough for Ejma. After two years, he decided to manufacture his own laser cutters. Studying the trades of the game, the world of components, powers sources and software, he chose the perfect timing to launch his own product. It was the dawn of the fiber laser era and Eagle grasped the benefits from the get-go, designing the entire machine to exploit this technology.
Seventeen years have passed. Today, Eagle not only produces fiber laser cutting machines but also offers automated material handling solutions. The company has established branches in Germany, Scandinavia, and Italy, exporting products to 27 countries through its official distributors, competing with the world’s top-tier fiber laser fabricators.
“Our core argument should be the efficiency of our machines. That’s why we decided not to be the cheapest manufacturer but the best,” said Ejma.
Eagle’s continuous expansion and its established reputation are a reflection of Marcin’s vision. He doesn’t need to convince anyone about the quality of his products. This is best evidenced by his client list, which includes, among others, SpaceX, ABB, and Mubea, the world’s largest manufacturer of automotive components.
However, this is far from the end of Marcin Ejma’s ambitions, and he has already charted new goals for his company’s future. “I find fulfillment as an entrepreneur, I enjoy conquering mountains,” he tells Forbes, “As long as I can do this, I intend to keep pushing forward.”
As the grand finale of the iNspire The World Metal Tour, Eagle will introduce an upgraded version of its top-of-the-line fiber laser cutter at this year’s most anticipated sheet-metal cutting event: BlechExpo. The industry’s leading trade show will take place from November 7th to 10th at Messe Stuttgart and is expected to receive over 40,000 visitors from around the globe.
Eagle Lasers offers three machine series: the iNspire, eVision, and eSmart. Since its inception, the iNspire has embodied the pinnacle of innovation, featuring peak parameters and unparalleled cutting speed. However, innovation can always reach new heights, and the iNspire keeps pushing boundaries.
“The New iNspire 2.0 has user experience at its core. It’s faster and more ergonomic for the user and features a series of new technologies such as Eagle Eye, the latest version of our patented eVa cutting head, and an all-new operating panel. Our innovations have been carefully designed to increase productivity and speed up workflow through improved usability, reliability, and performance, which inevitably result in increased profits,” commented Camillo Brena, Marketing Director at Eagle Lasers.
Alongside the New iNspire 2.0 fiber laser cutter, Eagle will showcase its proprietary automation solutions: the CraneMaster and eTower loading/unloading and storage systems designed for seamless integration with the laser cutter. These flexible systems optimize material handling through modular, space-saving configurations, allowing for 24/7 productivity, even during night shifts and weekends.
“The advantage of having automation and a machine by the same manufacturer is that we guarantee the perfect match. What the machine can cut, the automation can handle in terms of sheet size, material type, volume, and speed,” adds Brena.
Eagle Lasers will be located in Hall 5, Stand 5303 at Messe Stuttgart and invites all industry stakeholders to watch the iNspire 2.0 in action alongside their latest fiber laser cutting technology and automation solution. Their team will be ready to answer all inquiries.

2021 has definitely been a year of milestones here at Eagle. From production area expansion to product innovation, unmatched laser powers to new showrooms, as the year reaches an end, we're nothing but grateful for the accomplishments we couldn't have seen through without our customers' trust.
Our 15th anniversary
2021 marked our 15th anniversary, and we would have loved to celebrate in full fanfare with all our Eagle team members, business partners, and customers worldwide. But safety comes first, and given the pandemic restrictions, we hosted an intimate celebration at our headquarters. It's been a fantastic 15 years throughout which we have reached five continents and, even though we celebrate the past, our eyes will always be in the future. That's us. Innovation is our thing.
Innovation on every front
Speaking of innovation, this year, we released a new and improved version of our eRs Cloud reporting system that allows full access to the machine data from anywhere around the globe. In an era where remote working is changing the way we handle business, we developed a fully configurable tool that allows users to create dynamic dashboards and access real-time data in the palm of their hands.
To add to the innovation highlights, we also started producing our own linear motors this year, several of which have already been installed on our machines. Manufacturing key components gives us an immense advantage over quality control, availability, and further improvement of the parts.
At EAGLE we are always working on new ways to develop better and more efficient machinery. We often say that the cutting head is the queen of components which is why we are committed to constantly improving it, and this year a new version of our patented eVa cutting head saw the light. Increased focusing speed, durability, top quality, and accuracy are the eVa's cornerstones and the reason why it's the best choice out there.
A year marked by high powers
2021 also saw the largest machine in our history leave the production hall. We delivered a custom-made 10kW iNspire with a massive 3m x 8m table to one of our Polish customers. Giant machines aside, it was undoubtedly a high-power year. The interest in 20kW fiber lasers is constantly increasing due to their countless advantages, and we knew this meant a significant opportunity. This year we confirmed it, especially in the American market, where they proved to have the highest demand.
While on the high-power subject, the #PowerYourFuture campaign opened with the much-awaited premiere of our 30kW machine, proving once more that, when innovation is in your DNA, fiber laser technology has unlimited possibilities. We revealed the fastest and most powerful fiber laser cutter in the market with great success at Blechexpo in Stuttgart, surrounded by enthusiastic visitors that got to see its full capabilities live.
Also in Stuttgart, we opened the doors to our new showroom. Germany is one of our hubs, and this showroom's strategic location in the center of Europe makes it an ideal meeting point for our representatives and customers, whom we're sure will want to stop by and check out the 30kW iNspire 1530. To book a visit to our showrooms in Germany or Poland,
The past year we grew both in terms of production area and staff members. Fall 2021 witnessed the opening of our new production hall, which is only the first part of the EAGLE Complex expansion currently under construction. Our team also grew by 25% with new members in all our branches, and we look forward to welcoming more talents in 2022. On this note, the Eagle Team Summit in September was our first worldwide meeting post-pandemic. Team members enjoyed a two-day event full of riveting presentations, training sessions, and plenty of networking opportunities.
The comeback of face-to-face meetings
Trade shows were finally back in business after a long break due to COVID-19. Throughout 2021 we were at Metalloobrabotka in Moscow and Fabtech in Chicago. Then there were the Dutch Metal Days in the Netherlands, Hi Tech & Industry Scandinavia in Denmark, Blechexpo in Germany, and MetalMadrid in Spain. It was an absolute joy to meet in person again, and we certainly hope next year brings more fruitful gatherings.
The past year also brought innovative ways to present our latest technologies: online cutting shows and open days. Online shows proved to be great platforms to exhibit our machines in action. While the laser cutters dealt with various materials and thicknesses, statistics were displayed on the screen, and a live chat allowed participants to ask questions during transmissions. The most satisfying part? Showing the ready cut pieces from every angle.
As for open days, we tested this set-up in Denmark with great success. Stakeholders from all over Scandinavia arrived at the Eagle Randers showroom to see our machine cutting their previously submitted designs and talk to our experts. We plan to expand this exciting new format into different markets in the future.
A well-deserved recognition
To finish with a flourish, 2021 was the second year we received a Forbes Diamond, an award handed over to Poland's most dynamically developing companies. It's a pride and honor to be among the strongest players in the national economy. This recognition only motivates us to continue growing, innovating, and creating the highest-performing fiber laser machines out there.
As we say farewell to 2021, we're ready to receive 2022 with open arms and even greater expectations!
MetalMadrid is Spain’s major event in industrial innovation and a meeting point for the leading companies in the manufacturing industry. The fair’s 2021 edition will include 650 exhibitors and is expected to gather more than 10,000 professionals.
This year’s focus is on Industry 4.0 and digital automation, the ideal scenario for Eagle Lasers to show its state-of-the-art fiber laser technology, including a full review on the much-expected Eagle iNspire 30kw, the fastest and most reliable system on the market. The pioneers in the field of fiber laser technology will showcase their portfolio of best-in-class machines, dynamic automation, and innovative software.
The highlight will be, of course, the fiber laser 30kw which, through ultra-fast production time, less energy consumption, and minimal service requirements, sets a new standard in terms of power, productivity and efficiency.
In partnership with its exclusive distributor, SUPRAFORM, Eagle will be present in stand 7E41 at IFEMA Av. del Partenón 5 - Madrid on November 17th and 18th.

The magazine My Company Polska has published a list of TOP 20 POLAND'S BEST INNOVATORS. We have found ourselves among companies for which development, new technologies and innovations are the driving force in everyday operations. They gather experience, break stereotypes and overcome further barriers on their way to success.
This is an important distinction for us, because innovation is something that has guided our activity from the very beginning. We never wanted to duplicate the patterns, but to create something that will be unique and will provide our customers with measurable values.
Fifteen years! Incredibly fast, right? From a small company, consisting of a few good friends, to an international corporation, creating one of the biggest brands in the world.
It was a fantastic 15 years. We've managed to get to 4 continents, trying to be one step ahead others. That's how it was and still is with our machines. We know that, above all, the future belongs to us, but that doesn't mean we don't have time to celebrate!
For us, this Monday is a day of joy and smiles. It's in moments like this, however, that we are reminded of what a close-knit team we are.
We are very pleased to announce that once again we have been awarded the Forbes Diamond, awarded to the fastest growing companies in the country.
For 13 years Forbes magazine, thoroughly analyzing the domestic market, together with Bisonde Polska selects companies whose development is definitely the most visible. All aspects of a company climbing the market hierarchy are taken into account. Thus, the "Forbes Diamond" title was earned by the strongest players, who are an important part of the national economy.
"This is the basis for this year's record-breaking long list of nearly 15,000 companies that Bisnode Poland has given a positive rating of reliability and risk of cooperation, which at the same time have high current cash flow and are not in delay with payments." Tomasz Staszczyk, Bisnode Poland.
Naturally, the distinction motivates us to continue our work. We believe that in the near future we will make steps that will allow us to enter the next level and reach for further awards. The greatest of these, however, will be customer satisfaction.
EAGLE will present laser cutting machine iNspire 1530 with 15kW laser source together with extra cutting options: • CatLine, FastLine, • ANC (Automatic Nozzle Change), • PCS (Piercing Control System) , • CCS (cutting Control System), • eRis- new graphical interface and new features. This time what happened in Las Vegas will not stay in Las Vegas. Visit us at the biggest machinery exhibition.
