The eLoader is a semi-automatic jib crane that makes sheet loading easier. It consists of a manually operated crane, an electric hoist, and a suspended vacuum transport pallet and can be screwed to the foundation next to the machine pallet. This affordable solution is easy to operate, they increase worker productivity and safety and help streamline sheet loading onto the pallet.
LoadingUnit
The LoadingUnit is an automatic loading system that's fully automated and integrated into the machine. It consists of a rotary arm equipped with individually controlled high-pressure suction cups.
This system selects individual metal sheets by measuring their thickness to ensure that the material corresponds with the cutting program before loading. When the operator gives the signal, the unit automatically loads the metal sheet from an external pallet and places it onto the machine table for increased throughput.

The automated lift picks up a pallet containing raw metal sheets and takes them to the CraneMasterStore. The CraneMaster then places them onto the machine’s pallet changer and simultaneously removes the cut parts to be stored.
The standard eTower1 system comes with 10, 15, or 20 shelves but can be customized according to your needs. In addition, it features a control panel that allows you to manage material storage and retrieval throughout your facility.
