eLoader

Jib crane that makes sheet loading considerably easier. A manually operated crane, an electric hoist and a vacuum transport pallet suspended from the cable. This unit is screwed to the foundation next to the pallet of the machine. This is an affordable solution which considerably streamlines the loading of sheets onto the pallet of the laser cutting machine.

LoadingUnit
LoadingUnit automation

The LoadingUnit is fully automated and integrated into the machine. It consists of a rotating frame with vacuum suction cups. When the operator gives the signal, the machine loads a sheet of metal from an external pallet onto the machine table. The unit is recommended for production and service companies which have medium capacity and manufacture individual items or small batches.

CraneMaster automation

This loading and unloading system is the most efficient (extremely fast throughput times) way of loading and unloading material and cut parts. The new material is loaded and unloaded simultaneously, which provides smooth production and better work efficiency. Two versions of the CM are available, with suction cups on either the top or bottom of the system. The system is recommended for production and service companies with high capacity and medium to high volume production.

Storages

This is an automatic sheet metal storage system which works together with the loading and unloading system of the CraneMasterStore or CraneMasterStoreLinear laser cutting machine. The material storage system consists of a storage tower, which is also a transport column with a moving lift. The lift is used to move the palettes between the storage tower and the loading and unloading location.
