Eagle Lasers is set to make an impact at EuroBLECH 2024 in Hanover, Germany, from October 22-25, with the launch of two new products: the FlowIN system and the 40kW iNspire 2.0 upgraded fiber laser cutting machine.

FlowIN: A Breakthrough in Simultaneous Cutting and Sorting

FlowIN is the first integrated fiber laser system capable of simultaneous cutting and sorting., ensuring only finished parts exit the machine without leftover skeletons. Parts are cut on a brush table, separated from scrap, and conveyed on a belt-driven table, streamlining sorting into a simple pick-and-place process. The skeleton is cut into smaller pieces for easy waste management and improved material utilization, eliminating the need for a pallet changer.

The brush table, eliminates the need for combs, avoiding all common comb-related issues like cleaning, scratches, and debris and parts being welded to the combs, while automatic part separation completely eliminates the need for micro or nano joints. Ready for 40 kW power and coil-cutting, FlowIN allows for efficiency-driven nesting, enhancing material efficiency by minimizing gaps between parts. According to Eagle Lasers’ CEO, Marcin Ejma, "FlowIN is the future of the metal sheet cutting industry, offering a quantum leap in production efficiency.”

40kW iNspire 2.0: Speed and Precision for High-Performance Cutting

Alongside FlowIN, Eagle Lasers will premiere the iNspire 2.0 fiber laser cutting machine with 40kW of laser power. This advancement increases cutting speed by 30% for medium and thick sheets and significantly reduced piercing times. Eagle’s MyEFAST technology further optimizes the piercing process, ensuring faster, more efficient cutting for black and stainless steel sheets.

The iNspire 2.0 at EuroBlech will feature new Eagle technology such as MyEMIX 3 Pro gas system, which integrates gas management for seamless operation, MyECOCUT, which reduces gas consumption by up to 75% and MyECATFAST; an advanced oxygen-cutting technology that boosts cutting speed parameters, achieving up to 500% faster processing.
