Eagle Lasers will showcase its flagship iNspire 30 kW fiber laser cutter at FABTECH 2025, taking place September 8–11 at McCormick Place in Chicago. Visitors to booth A5150 are invited to experience the iNspire’s performance firsthand and meet the newly formed Eagle Americas team, who will share insights on regional sales, service, and technical support.

The iNspire 30 kW is built on an ultra-rigid composite frame with a carbon-fiber traverse, eliminating thermal drift and vibration to deliver consistent edge quality on everything from thick steel plate to the most intricate thin-gauge profiles. Its dynamic linear-motor drives achieve up to 6G acceleration and a positioning speed of 340 m/min, turning pierce-to-pierce cycles into uninterrupted, high-throughput motion. With a cut accuracy of ± 0.05 mm and repeatability of 0.03 mm, every part meets tight tolerances, while maximum cutting speeds of 150 m/min keep production moving. A super-fast pallet changer and optional automation modules complete a package designed for truly continuous operation.

At FABTECH, the iNspire 30 kW will be paired with two automation systems. The CraneMasterStoreLinearExtendedCross automates high-volume sheet loading, unloading, and storage logistics—efficiently transferring material from storage to the cutting table while simultaneously unloading cut parts to the unloading station or back into storage. The eTower 115 material storage tower integrates seamlessly with the CraneMaster and laser control station to ensure smooth raw-material flow.
