Eagle Welcomes Ronni Bohnensack as Service Manager of Eagle Scandinavia
Eagle is pleased to announce the appointment of Ronni Bohnensack as Service Manager of Eagle Scandinavia. Mr. Bohensack has been in Technical Support coordination and management for the last 17 years and is the former owner and co-founder of WaterJet Tech ApS. Ronni will commence working in his new role today, Friday, December 1st, 2023.
"I am thrilled to be part of Eagle! My experience in service has taught me the importance of relationships, effective communication, information flow, and trust. I’ll make sure that customers feel secure, and we provide excellent care," says Bohnensack.
"When it comes to Eagle machines, I believe there are game-changing elements at play. Firstly, installation times are remarkably quick—two or three days, which is a real clincher. Considering that customers often replace a machine in production, minimizing downtime is crucial. Most Eagle machines come pre-assembled and fully tested from Poland.
The second game-changer is Eagle Eye, the remote fault detection system. With years of experience in support and hotlines, I've felt the need for extra eyes. In the past, I had to connect with operators on FaceTime after an issue occurred. With technology like Eagle Eye, being able to remotely view the events leading up to an issue is the future!"
