Eagle Opens a New Engineering Branch in Szczecin – Expanding R&D and Innovation

Eagle announces the opening of a new engineering branch in Szczecin, marking another milestone in the company’s commitment to innovation.

The expansion of the R&D department was the driver behind this decision. Szczecin, home to the West Pomeranian University of Technology and the Faculty of Mechatronics and Electrical Engineering at the Maritime University of Szczecin, is an academic hub for future engineering talent—offering ideal conditions for recruiting qualified specialists.

"Szczecin, with its large pool of professionals, perfectly aligns with our vision for growth. Thanks to local universities and a dynamic technology ecosystem, we have immense potential to attract top talent to our team," says Daniel Wilczyński, Technical Director at Eagle.

The new branch will focus on advancing machine construction technology, aligning with Eagle’s innovation and quality. Maciej Rybczyński, head of the Szczecin branch, adds:

"At Eagle, we design advanced industrial automation systems to integrate with our laser cutting machines. For engineers, this presents a unique opportunity to develop in industrial automation, machine construction, and production process optimization—key aspects of Industry 4.0."

Looking ahead, Eagle plans to triple its engineering capacity, with a strong focus on automation-related projects to drive the next generation of manufacturing solutions.
