MyEDROP function allows the use of waste materials to produce individual parts. The image from the camera placed inside the cutter is displayed on the operator panel. With a few finger movements on the desktop, the operator can lay out the elements he chooses to be cut out on the rest of the material, regardless of its shape. This operation does not require the involvement of a programmer or creating a new program. MyEDROP controls the distribution of details so that they do not interfere with each other. Additionally, you can check on the screen whether the parts will fit on the waste without the need to use a measure or open the machine door. The operator can freely rotate and position the workpieces as required. With one button, he starts safe cutting and cuts the workpieces. The camera image can also be used for viewing while the machine is cutting.
Easy cut
The patented MyEDROP module of our software package allows efficient use to be made of residual material, even if the residue is irregularly shaped and full of holes and gaps. When you are in a hurry, My eDrop allows you to quickly manufacture one item directly on the machine without creating a new NC file.
A video camera inside the working area allows the MyEDROP system to provide an image of the actual residue on the EAGLE computer screen. The operator can use our touch screen to drag a virtual outline of the part to be cut onto the image of the residue and quickly see whether it fits. The operator can also rotate the part if necessary in order to adapt it to the residue. The software will not allow the operator to cut out a part which does not fit inside the material. All of this can be accomplished without reprogramming the machine. This allows you to quickly deal with small jobs or the last few items of a production run.
