Standard Nozzle
- The gap between the nozzle and the sheet results in gas losses.
- High pressure and flow are necessary to ensure that the gas adequately reaches the kerf and effectively removes slag.
- There is significant gas loss and a decrease in the quality of the cut edge due to the formation of burrs.
Eco Nozzle
- On the Eco nozzle a sleeve is pressed on the metal sheet during cutting, sealing the kerf.
- A spring placed inside the body allows the sleeve to move vertically and smoothly overcome obstacles on the material.
- Gas loss is minimal and its pressure and consumption are significantly reduced while maintaining maximum cutting speeds.
