Eagle presents the new MyECOCUT technology for sheet metal laser cutting

Eagle announces the launch of MyECOCUT, a fiber laser cutting technology specially designed for manufacturers working with mild and stainless steels on thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 30 mm.

At the heart of MyECOCUT's innovation is its spring-operated slider mechanism. This mechanism maintains direct contact with the material, preventing gas leakage and ensuring consistent cutting quality. The spring, placed inside the body, allows the sleeve to move vertically and smoothly overcome obstacles on the material. Gas loss is minimal, and both pressure and consumption are significantly reduced while maintaining maximum cutting speeds.

MyECOCUT reduces gas consumption by up to 75%, providing significant cost savings and delivering superior edge quality with fewer burrs and enhanced sharpness. is adapted to work with any laser power.

"This design minimizes collisions and extends the nozzle's life, enhancing overall cutting efficiency." Additionally, the Eco nozzles come with replaceable parts and can be easily repaired by ordering a regeneration kit. This reduces downtime and ensures that the nozzles maintain their high performance over an extended period, offering a cost-effective solution for long-term usage.

MyECOCUT can work together with other Eagle cutting technologies to upgrade the overall process. Integrating it with MyERS and MyERIS systems ensures efficient, high-quality cutting with optimal performance tracking and industrial automation compatibility.
