Eagle Lasers Celebrates Record Success at EuroBLECH 2024
Eagle Lasers is delighted to announce the success of its participation at EuroBLECH 2024. The debut of the revolutionary FlowIN system, along with the upgraded 40kW iNspire 2.0 fiber laser cutting machine, attracted significant attention and kept Eagle’s booth buzzing with industry excitement.
FlowIN is the first integrated fiber laser system capable of sorting at the same speed it cuts. Designed to streamline production and tackle sorting challenges through a disruptive approach, this breakthrough system eliminates combs and pallet changers, replacing them with a brush table and ensuring that only finished parts exit the machine. This process increases efficiency and reduces waste, as the skeleton is automatically cut into smaller sections and placed into special bins for easy disposal.
Marcin Ejma, CEO and Founder of Eagle, expressed his gratitude to all attendees, stating, "Automated sorting is the 'Holy Grail' in laser cutting. We don’t believe that any system available on the market truly works as intended, so we are incredibly grateful for the extraordinary interest shown in our FlowIN, which became the talk of EuroBLECH 2024. FlowIN marks a new era in cutting efficiency, and it was inspiring to see such a strong response to our vision. This concept isn’t just about improving sorting; it’s about transforming how we cut and addressing the industry’s evolving needs."
In addition to FlowIN, Eagle Lasers premiered its upgraded iNspire 2.0 fiber laser cutting machine, equipped with 40kW of power. The new iNspire introduces several standout features, including Eagle’s MyEMIX 3 Pro all-in-one gas mixing system, MyECOCUT reduced gas consumption technology, and MyECATFAST oxygen-cutting technology for processing speeds up to 500% faster—making the 2.0 a compelling choice for high-demand industrial applications.
EuroBLECH 2024 delivered historic results for Eagle across its entire product range. Bartosz Krzewina, Commercial Director of Eagle Group and CEO of Eagle Lasers Germany, shared, "We registered record-breaking sales and received very positive engagement from the press, underscoring the market’s interest in our technology and our ability to meet complex, high-volume demands. Since our founding, our primary advantage has been our technology, the concept of our machines, and their efficiency—advantages that continue to set us apart."
